I offer my clients specialized and individual real estate services that include my perspective and experiences, having personally and successfully purchased, owned, sold and managed real estate for more than thirty seven years. My thirty four year career in Human Services was devoted to caring for special needs individuals unable to live independently, this required working with employees, community service providers, client families, Federal, State, County and local licensing agencies, and included the management of Real Estate. As a result I have developed negotiating skills incorporating mutual understanding and respect in order to meet my client needs and desires. I also own and manage multi unit residential apartments in Woodstock since 1990. The resulting knowledge provides me with the skills to help you choose the property best suited for your immediate and future needs. It is also fair to credit Maria my wife, together we share all aspects of our life’s work including our daughters Lisa and Gina. Lisa lives in Buffalo with her partner Todd and daughter Sophia. Gina lives in Rhinebeck. Maria and I enjoy camping, kayaking, dinning out and local activities. I have been an Instrumented Rated Pilot since 1986. I believe the discipline and management skills involved in piloting enhance my skills at evaluating situations and issue solving, including a unique visual perspective of the Hudson Valley.
